Bharat Adivasi Party
The Bharat Adivasi Party was founded on 10 September 2023 by Rajkumar Roat, splitting away from the Bharatiya Tribal Party to represent Adivasi (tribal), particularly Bhil community, political interests in the tribal-belt regions of southern Rajasthan, eastern Gujarat and western Madhya Pradesh. The party champions the long-standing demand for a separate "Bhil Pradesh" state carved from the tribal-majority districts of these three states. It contested the 2023 Rajasthan Assembly election with notable success in tribal-dominated seats before winning the Banswara Lok Sabha seat in 2024 as part of a loose alliance with the INDIA bloc.
